Tiger Events UK

To ensure there are no misunderstandings between us (Tiger Events UK) and you the (Client) the following terms and conditions apply:

1.1 A booking fee of 50% of the total bill is required to secure the date for your event booking.

1.2 On Receipt of your booking fee, a booking confirmation will be issued. Booking fee's are non-refundable, unless we (Tiger Events UK) have to cancel. Please refer to the cancelations sections (3.1-3.2)

2.1 All outstanding Disco balances must be paid in full the day prior to the event or in special circumstances on the day prior to setup.

2.2 All outstanding Buffet balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date.

2.3 We cover a radius of 5 miles of Salisbury, Wiltshire, however we will travel further at a charge of 50p per extra mile travelled out of that radius in both directions. This charge will be rounded either up or down to the closest mile.

3.1 If you have to cancel your Disco or Buffet booking with us a refund minus the booking fee will be issued.

3.2 In the unlikely event that we (Tiger Events UK) have to cancel due to ill health or for any other unforseen circumstances, a full refund including booking fee will be issued.

4.1 Tiger Events UK will require adequate access to the venue prior to & after the booking to allow setting up & breaking down of our Disco equipment. A minimum of 60 minutes should be allowed for setting up the Disco. A further 60 minutes for breaking down the Disco and vacating the premises.

4.2 Tiger Events UK may need more time than stated above in section (4.1) if you are having a Buffet from us. An agreed length of time will be discussed with you prior to the event.

The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe electricity supply. We require a minimum of two 13-amp mains sockets.

Wherever possible we will aim to accommodate client's requests for extensions to playing time. This will be subject to additional hourly charges.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.

If at any time before or during the event we deem our persons or property to be under threat, verbally or physically, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the disco without further notice. In the event of this happening refunds will not be issued.

The client will be held responsible and billed for any theft or damage of any equipment caused by either the client or their guests attending the event.

10.1 Tiger Events UK reserve the right to take photographs or video footage at any booking, which may be used for promotional materials. If you, the Client, object to this, please notify us before the date of the event.

10.2 Copies of photographs and videos where possible, may be obtainable from the Company at a cost. Please ask for details.

11.1 Tiger Events UK reserves the rights to amend any of their prices at any time.

11.2 Tiger Events UK will update the prices found on the website (http://tigereventsuk.webs.com) to reflect any changes that are to be made.

11.3 If Tiger Events UK do amend the prices then the client will be charged the agreed price/s at the time of the booking.

From time to time Tiger Events UK may run promotional offers, but only one of these can be used per booking. The Promotion code must be mentioned at time of the booking to redeem the offer.

If you use Tiger Events UK on 2 or more occasions within a 18 month rolling period, You will be entitled to the following discounts:

• 2nd Event = 5% off the full price at the time of booking.

• 3rd Event = 10% off the full price at the time of booking.

• 4th Event = 15% off the full price at the time of booking.

• 5th Event = 20% off the full price at the time of booking.

• 6th+ Event = 25% Off the full price at the time of booking.
